In a heartwarming story of rescue and recovery, a puppy was found abandoned and trapped under an iron fence near a private property in the woods.
The puppy was in dire condition, suffering from malnutrition and dehydration, as well as a severe case of mange, a skin disease caused by parasites.
Fortunately, a kind-hearted individual discovered the struggling puppy and immediately took action. He gently freed the puppy from beneath the fence and transported him to a nearby veterinary clinic.
There, veterinary staff provided the urgent care the puppy needed, including first aid and nourishment, to begin his journey to recovery.
A vet at the clinic assessed the puppy and reassured, “He has minor injuries and will recover well. He just needs good nutrition and a caring owner.”
Moved by the puppy’s plight, the rescuer decided to adopt the little dog.Already having another puppy at home, he provided the perfect environment for the newcomer—a warm and loving home with companionship.
